These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by SheRises EOOD, including 1:1 coaching, digital courses, group coaching programs, and live events.

SheRises EOOD offers the following services:
1:1 Coaching: Personal coaching sessions tailored to individual goals and needs.
Digital Courses: Online courses delivered through various digital channels.
Group Coaching Programs: Coaching sessions conducted in a group setting.
Live Events: In-person events such as workshops, seminars, and gatherings.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via iDEAL, bank transfer, or credit card.
Customers may choose to pay in installments. Upon entering into the agreement, the payment obligation for all installments is established.
Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital courses are delivered in various ways, including via email, download links, or access to an online platform.
6. Cancellation Policy for Services
Appointments for 1:1 coaching can be canceled via email ([email protected]) or through a private message on social media.
If a client cancels less than 24 hours in advance or fails to attend, the session will be forfeited without the right to a refund.
In exceptional circumstances, such as sudden illness, an exception may be made. Please contact us via email or social media to discuss this.
7. No Refund Policy
Digital Products: No refunds will be provided for purchased digital products.
Live Events: Tickets for live events are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed. However, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact us via [email protected] for this.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by SheRises EOOD, including digital courses, coaching content, and live event materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use these materials without prior written consent from SheRises EOOD.
9. Liability
SheRises EOOD is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
SheRises EOOD is not responsible for the client’s failure to achieve specific results.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Bulgarian law.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services of SheRises EOOD will be submitted to the competent court in Bulgaria.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SheRises EOOD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect on the announced date and will be communicated via the website.
